Episode seventeen: On the latest episode of One Broken Life, John Stroup is speaking to Justin Moore about his journey through addiction and recovery. Justin proudly served in the Marines, deployed to Afghanistan, and returned with PTSD. Unfortunately, not having direction on how to cope with the things he witnessed while deployed, he numbed his feelings with illegal substances and almost destroyed his life. Justin hit rock bottom and is now spending his life seeking to only do what God is calling him to do.

Hannah came to the Discipleship House with a gifted $20 bill, a Bible, and HOPE that her life could change. She knew she had tried different treatment programs that hadn't worked, but her first service at Freeway Ministries made this time different; she realized her need for a Savior and cried out to God. She got up from the altar a different person, and her life has never been the same. Listen and find out what Hannah is doing with her life, and how God is continuing to use her for His glory.

Hannah went from being at the top of her game in her career to rock bottom due to addiction. Drugs masked her brokenness as she waded through a sea of darkness in her life. She lost her career and family and ended up in prostitution. In this episode, we hear about her life in addiction and how she landed at Freeway.
