This month, John Stroup, and his wife Sharla, went to Orlando Florida to celebrate the one year anniversary of Freeway Orlando and Freeway Sanford. While they were there, they recorded this episode of the podcast with Josh and Alex Zuniga. Josh is one of the first graduates of the Freeway Discipleship House. Josh and Alex are now Freeway missionaries to Florida. We are so excited to watch all that God is doing through this ministry.

This month John Stroup is speaking with Mike and Kim Estell. Mike and Kim both lived a life of addiction which led to many run-ins with the law. They both hit rock bottom and found Christ. Both are Discipleship House graduates. After their graduation, they met and began dating and were married. Mike is now a graduate of Bible college, a pastor, and a certified Biblical counselor. Kim is finishing her college degree, works at Freeway Headquarters, and is running the Freeway Marshfield Women’s Discipleship House. God has extraordinarily changed the path of their lives. They both thought they had things figured out, but eventually learned that God had better things planned for them.

This month on the podcast we have Andy Daniels joining John Stroup in conversation. After a life of addiction, Andy made his way to Freeway. Andy is a graduate of the Freeway Men’s Discipleship House where he responded to the call of ministry. After graduation, Andy went on to Bible college where he received his bachelor’s and master's degrees. He moved to South Dakota to plant a church in Box Elder. He and his family still live there and are actively serving at Freeway Rapid City, SD. Take some time to listen to his story of how God radically transformed his life. He went from being a Shriner clown and making people laugh for a moment, to being a pastor, where he is introducing people to Jesus Christ, who can give them real joy for eternity.

In this episode, John Stroup speaks with Brad and Kim Taylor about how Brad’s struggle with a pain pill addiction led to an out-of-control dependency on drugs. It nearly destroyed his life and drastically changed their normal. This podcast episode is an example of what can happen when a family stops enabling, and an individual surrenders to God.
